This doesn’t mean you must go entirely vegan or even vegetarian – everyone can benefit from adding whole plant-based foods to their diet, whatever that diet may be.

Well, our goal is to help you learn how to add more plant-based foods to your diet – gradually. Consistency is important when forming new habits.
